Coming from East Coast, influences us to bake AUTHENTIC NY-THIN CRUST BRICK-OVEN PIZZA PIES. Top it off with Healthy Flour dough hand-made fresh daily. Dark color on the crust or possibly Charred anywhere on the pizza is expected due to Brick-oven's High Temperature. Best way to hold our pizza slices is BY HAND, as the center is chewy/soft with some crunchy/crispiness to it.
