MOONLIGHT CRAVINGS ENTREE MENU:

MEDITERRANEAN SALMON

 Our own spiced Italian-herbed salmon is pan-seared and  oven roasted to create flavor and perfection. Served with Fresh: Baby spinach, basil, diced tomatoes, finely chopped red onions,  red wine vinaigrette. 

Paired with Garlic cheese crostini.  

CHICKEN AUBERGINE-CAPSICUM PARMIGIANA

   Thinly sliced fresh eggplant, freshly-breaded-to-order chicken cutlet (using our made-from-scratch healthy flour breading), both fried & baked to crisp, complemented by sweet bell peppers, fresh basil, melted provolone, parmesan and mozzarella cheese, in layers with homemade red sauce to add depth and flavor. 

Served with linguini and parmigiano reggiano cheese. 

CREAMY TUSCAN SURF & TURF

   Italian Sausage, Shrimps & chicken strips, broccoli, sweet bell pepper, fresh Italian herbs, mild pepper flakes (mild kick), & wedged red potatoes, in our made-from-scratch scrumptious velvety white  thyme sauce.   

STEAK CREMINI MARSALA

   Grilled 10 oz NY strip -infused in our popular homemade mushroom-marsala wine sauce with freshly sautéed garlic, grape tomatoes, and cremini. Plated with roasted garlic-whipped potatoes and healthy celery relish sticks.  

RUSTIC ITALIAN SEAFOOD

   Mouth-watering mix of shrimps, clams, codfish, mussels, Italian seasonings, in our own homemade tomato-basil sauce with pasta.(Gluten --free pasta avail, no extra charge).

GARDEN HARVEST

  Broccoli rabe, Italian cannellini beans, green peas, sautéed in olive oil and spices. Savor it with fresh arugula, grape tomatoes, red onions, apple slices, and  fermented apple juice/cider.  

MUSHROOM BOLOGNESE

    Made-from-scratch Bolognese sauce created with a healthier twist adding the classic diced fresh celery and carrots, and fresh herbs and spices in our own slow-cooked rich tomato sauce, minced meat. Served over pasta with delicious baby bella mushrooms.
